Background and Motivation for “The Role of the Public Intellectual”: Constrained by their State Boards of Regents, State Colleges & Universities of Western Culture impose requirements upon their Professors that compel them to promote beliefs that support both the objectives and ideologies of the Nation State of which they are a part of. Private Colleges of Western Culture are similarly constrained by their Private Boards of Overseers to promote beliefs that support the private financial interests of contributors who personally finance those private Institutions. In Western Culture, these beliefs include: the primacy of the economic system of State Capitalism; the ideologies of Caucasian Racial Superiority and Female Inferiority; the belief in Scientific Logical Positivism and Materialism (these beliefs are often masked as the development of a superior capacity to function intellectually in order to achieve long range goals rather than functioning emotionally to indulge short term personal satisfactions); and the indoctrination of their students in the dual doctrines of Nationalism and The Legitimization of the Resort to the Use of Military Violence to Achieve the Selfish Economic Goals The Elite of their Nation State.

“Ukraine: It’s Not What They’re Telling You”
On April 19, 2022, the former CIA analyst Ray McGovern spoke in a talk sponsored by the Social Justice Forum, Raleigh. Excerpts on this program focus on nuclear weapons, the Maidan Coup, and the Minsk Agreement.
McGovern’s CIA career began under President John F. Kennedy, and lasted through the presidency of George H.W. Bush. McGovern advised Henry Kissinger during the Richard Nixon administration. Under Ronald Reagan he chaired the National Intelligence Estimates and prepared the President’s Daily Brief.He received the Intelligence Commendation Medal at his retirement, returning it in 2006 to protest the CIA’s involvement in torture.
McGovern had been invited by the Social Justice Forum, Raleigh, to fill in what was not talked about in the media regarding Ukraine. There was a palpable desire to go beyond the prevailing discussion whether Putin is a satan or a saint and address the global consequences of any war conducted among nuclear power plants and in the shadow of nuclear weapons. As the US Supreme Court indicates its likelihood of overturning the landmark decision enshrining women’s reproductive control on abortion, Roe v. Wade, women throughout the country are wrestling with strategies to ensure continued abilities to terminate unwanted pregnancies. This legal development has been anticipated. The drastic shift to the right of the Court has, for years, compelled abortion advocates to develop alternative strategies for women. If Roe v. Wade is in fact overturned, what will women do to maintain sovereignty over their own bodies? What will a post-Roe world mean for women’s reproductive health?
Can reframing reproductive rights influence how people understand the issues related to abortion? Would the phrase “reproductive justice” offer a more accurate view than previous frames such as “reproductive rights” or “rights to privacy?”. Global Covid Summit Speakers
Decrying “disastrous” COVID-19 public health policies, more than 17,000 physicians and medical scientists from around the world are calling on nations to lift health emergency declarations, restore scientific integrity and address “crimes against humanity.”
Among the signatories is Dr. Robert Malone, inventor of the mRNA technology behind the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines,who argues that the concerns raised in the declaration go beyond COVID-19, threatening constitutional rights.
The fourth declaration of the Global COVID Summit states that the COVID policies imposed over the past two years “are the culmination of a corrupt medical alliance of pharmaceutical, insurance, and healthcare institutions, along with the financial trusts which control them.”
“They have infiltrated our medical system at every level, and are protected and supported by a parallel alliance of big tech, media, academics and government agencies who profited from this orchestrated catastrophe,” the signatories declare.
The “corrupt alliance” continues “to advance unscientific claims by censoring data, and intimidating and firing doctors and scientists for simply publishing actual clinical results or treating their patients with proven, life-saving medicine.”
“These catastrophic decisions came at the expense of the innocent, who are forced to suffer health damage and death caused by intentionally withholding critical and time-sensitive treatments, or as a result of coerced genetic therapy injections, which are neither safe nor effective,” they say.
The 17,000 Global COVID Summit physicians and medical scientists “represent a much larger, enlightened global medical community who refuse to be compromised, and are united and willing to risk the wrath of the corrupt medical alliance to defend the health of their patients.”
They argue that restoring the people’s trust in medicine, “begins with free and open dialogue between physicians and medical scientists.”…

This program continues coverage of the Ukraine war with particular emphasis on the decisively important overlap between the institutions implicated in the creation of SARS CoV‑2 and the Covid-19 “op” and the Pentagon financing of the apparent biological warfare programs in Ukraine.
A remarkable aspect of the Journal’s coverage of the WHO’s resumption of inquiry into the origins of Covid-19 concerns a development that has been almost completely excised from the Western press: ” . . . . For months, China’s government has insisted both in public, and in private meetings with Dr. Tedros, that studies on the origins of the virus should now focus on other countries, such as Italy, or on a U.S. military bioresearch facility in Fort Detrick, Md. Dozens of governments aligned with China have sent Dr. Tedros letters in support of Beijing’s position, a person familiar with the letters said. . . .”
“Dozens of governments?” Which ones? This sounds like a major international dialogue/scandal.
WHY aren’t we hearing about it?
Pompeo State Department officials pursuing the lab-leak hypothesis were told to cover it up lest it shed light on U.S. government funding of research at the “Oswald Institute of Virology!”: ” . . . . In one State Department meeting, officials seeking to demand transparency from the Chinese government say they were explicitly told by colleagues not to explore the Wuhan Institute of Virology’s gain-of-function research, because it would bring unwelcome attention to U.S. government funding of it. . . . In an internal memo obtained by Vanity Fair, Thomas DiNanno, former acting assistant secretary of the State Department’s Bureau of Arms Control, Verification, and Compliance, wrote that. . . staff from two bureaus . . . ‘warned’ leaders within his bureau ‘not to pursue an investigation into the origin of COVID-19’ because it would ‘open a can of worms’ if it continued.’ . . . . As the group probed the lab-leak scenario, among other possibilities, its members were repeatedly advised not to open a ‘Pandora’s box,’ said four former State Department officials interviewed by Vanity Fair. . . .”
Although heavily spun–as would be expected from a Daily Mail article–this story not only has important implications for the war in Ukraine, but also resonates with our long series on “The Oswald Institute of Virology.”
We note that there are significant connections between the agency overseeing the Ukrainian projects and institutions implicated in the apparent “bio-skullduggery” surrounding the U.S. biological warfare gambit involving what Mr. Emory has termed “The Oswald Institute of Virology.” This is discussed in: FTR#‘s 1157–1159, 1170, 1183 through 1193, and 1215.
The essence of the “Oswald Institute of Virology” gambit concerns the DTRA and Pentagon funding of bat-borne coronavirus research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, much of it through Peter Daszak’s EcoHealth Alliance. Once the research was complete, it resulted in publication which included the genome of the bat viruses being researched. Using technology discussed below, the viruses were then synthesized from scratch and population groups were vectored with the same viral strains being researched by the WIV.
It turns out that Hunter Biden–a member of the board of directors at Burisma–was instrumental in securing funding for EcoHealth Alliance partner Metabiota, described in a screen shot of an e‑mail as being “to the DOA what Palantir is to CIA.”
Both EcoHealth Alliance and Metabiota have been involved with bat-borne coronavirus at the WIV.
Note that–” . . . . ‘His [Hunter Biden’s] father was the Vice President of the United States and in charge of relations with Ukraine.’ . . .”
Previously we have noted then Vice-President Joe Biden’s close relationship with U.S. Ambassador Geoffrey Pyatt and Ukrainaian fascist Andriy Parubiy during the Maidan coup, which centered on false-flag sniper killings from buildings controlled by Svoboda (formerly the Social National Party of Ukraine, founded by Parubiy.)
Svoboda occupied key positions in the provisional post-Maidan Ukrainian government and wields significant influence to this day.
