I am back - actually never exactly been away. I found out on the weekend that my jury duty had been postponed or maybe will be cancelled - but since all arrangements had been made to take time off, I took time off. Strange - every day seemed like Sunday. Many thanks to 'Buzz' for sitting in the engineer's chair and occasionally adding his touch to the proceedings. It ain't as easy as it looks, i.e., sounds. Anyway, I was able to sleep during the day without being thrown in jail for contempt of court and got to hear most of this fabulous radio show!!

John Gilmore is the Executive Director of the Autism Action Network, a national, not-profit, grassroots advocacy organization that influences legislation and public policy on a wide range of issues impacting the autism community, including access to healthcare, health insurance reform, special education, vaccine rights and civil rights of the disabled. His organization works at the state, federal and sometimes local level to influence the lives of people with autism and their families. Founded as A-CHAMP in 2005, initial efforts focused on the partially successful campaign to ban mercury as an ingredient in vaccines. Mr. Gilmore has a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the Graduate School of Public Policy at the University of California at Berkeley. He lives in Long Beach, NY with his wife and two teenage sons, one who was vaccine injured as an infant and is diagnosed with autism. Death By Medicine, Revisited

By any measure, we are in the worst health crisis in American history. Out of a population of 335 million people, two thirds of us – adults and children both – are suffering from a wide range of health conditions, the majority of which are preventable. Our first effort at explaining how serious the conditions were and indeed to verify that they were real using only the mainstream medical community and the government’s official figures took several years with a group of highly qualified board certified physicians and academics with PhDs with deep experience in research scholarship.
Up until that point, no one had compiled all injuries and fatalities occurring as a result of medical treatment. The best that had been done was by Dr. Lucian Leape, a professor from Harvard who had written a groundbreaking report that had gone virtually unchallenged and unreported in the medical press. Later, the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) would publish an article by Dr. Barbara Starfield showing that iatrogenesis was the third leading cause of death. Dr. Martin Makary reached the same conclusions over a decade later, publishing his findings in the British Medical Journal (BMJ). However, it was surprising and disheartening to find that with all the medical and scientific research expertise at these researchers’ disposal, they left out several important causes of death from their statistics. This showed gross flaws in their research methodology.
Our report was the most comprehensive to date published in the US. Once completed, we sent it for feedback and comment to more than 7,000 scientific publications, health reporters, and federal agencies. Not one single response was received. How is this even possible? We expected legitimate challenges and corrections; even admonitions would have been welcome. Instead, we got dead silence. Why?
Years have passed, and the state of American health has only worsened. The latest official reports show more heart attacks, more strokes, obesity, and diabetes including in children. There is more dementia, Alzheimer’s, and cancer than ever before. And yet we spent more on healthcare in 2017 than we’ve ever spent – $3.5 trillion, 17.9 percent of the nation’s GDP, and a number that is on track to further increase in 2018.1 So now we’re perplexed – if we tell people that we have the best healthcare system in the world, with the latest technology, the most pharmaceuticals and medical procedures, state of the art hospitals, and special treatment centers, we should have a population that is far more robust and healthy – but just the opposite is the case.
Then it occurred to us that we were also missing a very important piece of this puzzle. Why are we not preventing disease? How much is all this disease actually costing the patient, corporations, and society? The figures are both staggering and heartbreaking, as there is no discussion of this. We only become invested in a person after they are sick. We have only focused as a society on how to alleviate the symptoms of that person’s illness. When we compare our healthcare program and state of health and longevity with other developed nations, we are near dead last. How is this possible? Those individuals who’ve brought these dire statistics to our attention (Makary, Starfield, Leape, etc) have initiated no wider call for action. Nothing has happened. They too have been shouting into the void. This is a dialogue we desperately need. Research since 1998 focused on mechanisms of chronic disease; oxidative/nitrosative stress; inflammation, mitochondrial dysfunction, other mechanisms; environmental stressors causing chronic disease; regulatory systems acting to prevent chronic disease; chemicals acting to trigger chronic disease via excessive NMDA activity; mechanism of action of electromagnetic fields (EMFs) via activation of voltage-gated calcium channels (VGCCs).
Pall has 8 publications on the EMF VGGC mechanism. The first of these, published in 2013 was placed on the Global Medical Discovery Website as one of the most important medical papers of 2013. It has been cited 180 times (as of August 2018). These 8 papers collectively show that: 1. Most non-thermal microwave frequency EMF effects are produced by EMF activation of the VGCCs. 2. A large number of effects are produced by such EMF exposures including: Many reproductive effects; many neurological/neuropsychiatric effects; attacks on the DNA of our cells; oxidative stress/free radical damage; increased apoptotic cell death; widespread endocrine (hormonal) effects; excessive intracellular calcium and cancer. 3. Each of these effects and in addition six other probable effects can be explained as being due to VGCC activation. In my 2018 cancer. 4. In my 2018 EMF-cancer paper, I discussed 15 distinct mechanisms by which VGCC activation causes cancer initiation, promotion and progression. 5. I have extraordinary concerns about 5G which are impossible to outline, so I will not try to outline them here.

We have wondered about the ascent of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez as a political animal. We wondered whether she might be a "ringer," elevated and promoted by the far right and, perhaps, elements of the CIA, because she is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT from their standpoint. In fact, she is straight from the Amazon (ahem) mail order catalog: an outspoken Latina who fits neatly into the anti-Latin bigotry institutionalized in Trump's GOP, brands as a socialist (perfect for the Karl Roves and Trumps of this world), has stated her intention to work against Democratic incumbents with whose policy positions she disagrees, and demonstrated a lack of economic sophistication in her comments about Amazon's failed New York City Deal and in the presentation of the Green New Deal.
The ascent of AOC was effected in large measure by two overlapping organizations-Justice Democrats and Brand New Congress-both co-founded by Saikat Chakrabarti, and Indian-American, Harvard-educated, Wall Street and Silicon Valley multi-millionaire, and fan of major Axis collaborator Subhas Chandra Bose. Brand New Congress was co-founded by a University of Pennsylvania-educated Turkish American, Cenk Uygur, who has a history of denying the Turkish genocide against the Armenians, as we shall see. (Like Harvard, the University of Pennsylvania is an Ivy League School.)
The radical Democratic newcomers are precipitating a war within the Democratic Party, ignoring the fact that the Democrats retook Congress as a result of victories by moderate candidates in districts taken by Trump in 2016...
Chakrabarti is fundamental to the rise of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Chakrabarti was AOC's campaign manager and is her current chief of staff. Both Justice Democrats and Brand New Congress donated a total of $900,000 to a consulting firm also headed by Chakrabarti. Until recently, AOC sat on the board of one of them.
In a recent twitter video post defending AOC's mercurial social media activity, Chakrabartiappeared with a T-Shirt featuring a picture of Subhas Chandra Bose, an Indian nationalist who allied himself with both Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan. He has a habit of wearing Subhas Chandra Bose garb...

The show did well considering we are still rebuilding the show from 12-3am (takes a long time to rebuild an audience) and on most nights we achieved four figures in pledges and topped out at over $6000 on the final night - and we got a nice handful of new subscribers. The danger of war between the U.S. and Iran is increasing. U.S. forces virtually surround Iran. And they are being ramped up. In classic gunboat diplomacy a U.S. aircraft carrier battle group is positioned off the coast of Iran. Imagine if Iran had a naval armada off of New York or had troops in Canada. Why would Iran risk an armed confrontation with Washington? U.S. firepower would obliterate it. The Secretary of State demands that Iran "behave like a normal nation." By that does he mean like the U.S. with its bases everywhere and almost $ trillion military budget? Why did the U.S. abandon the Iran deal which according to the UN was working? We wondered whether she might be a "ringer," elevated and promoted by the far right and, perhaps, elements of the CIA, because she is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT from their standpoint. In fact, she is straight from the Amazon (ahem) mail order catalog: an outspoken Latina who fits neatly into the anti-Latin bigotry institutionalized in Trump's GOP, brands as a socialist (perfect for the Karl Roves and Trumps of this world), has stated her intention to work against Democratic incumbents with whose policy positions she disagrees, and demonstrated a lack of economic sophistication in her comments about Amazon's failed New York City Deal and in the presentation of the Green New Deal.
The ascent of AOC was effected in large measure by two overlapping organizations-Justice Democrats and Brand New Congress-both co-founded by Saikat Chakrabarti, and Indian-American, Harvard-educated, Wall Street and Silicon Valley multi-millionaire, and fan of major Axis collaborator Subhas Chandra Bose. Brand New Congress was co-founded by a University of Pennsylvania-educated Turkish American, Cenk Uygur, who has a history of denying the Turkish genocide against the Armenians, as we shall see. (Like Harvard, the University of Pennsylvania is an Ivy League School.)

'Wikipedia Fails Again: The Case of Misinformation about Curcumin'
Wikipedia states, “Although thoroughly studied in laboratory and clinical studies, curcumin has no confirmed medical uses.”[6] Wikipedia also cites a 2017 review of over 120 studies that disclaims any of curcumin’s therapeutic effects.[7] For the moment we
can ignore the 2017 review until we look later at the failures of the Cochrane Collaboration, the flagship medical review project of Evidence Based Medicine. However, the review only looked at 120 studies. In fact, there are over 11,800 entries for curcumin
in the peer-reviewed literature found in the National Institutes’ of Health (NIH) PubMed database. According to the nonprofit HerbMed site, which has been recognized by the Wall Street Journal, Science magazine and the Western Journal of Medicine, there have
been 375 human clinical trials and 499 animals studies, 74 observational case reports, 553 papers looking at curcumin’s pharmacodynamic properties and other studies investigating the plant’s chemistry, genetics and use in traditional societies.[8] Contrary
to the Cochrane review that only looked a 120 studies, a recent larger meta-analysis of curcumin’s ability to lower plasma leptin concentrations was conducted by universities in the US (Weill Cornell Medical), Greece (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki),
Italy (University of Pavia), and Iran (Mashhad University of Medical Science) and concluded that curcumin significantly decreased adverse leptin levels.[9] A double blind randomized controlled study, with 4-week monitoring, found that curcumin successfully
improved all parameters of metabolic syndrome under investigation, including enhanced body-mass index, body-fat percent, blood pressure, lipid profile and C-reactive protein.[10] An Australian study conducted at the universities of Newcastle and Southern Queensland
found curcumin sharply improved neurocognitive functioning and cerebral endothelial vasodilator function in elderly patients that may reduce dementia risks.[11] To further reinforce the health benefits of curcumin and discredit Wikipedia’s Skepticism, the
federal government has provided $150 million in curcumin research through the National Center for Complementary and Integrative (CAM) Health. For a period of time the MD Anderson Cancer Center had a separate laboratory conducting curcumin research. Just in
the US official scientific library of medicine with almost 12,000 studies, the evidence overwhelmingly supports curcumin’s medicinal and functional benefits. That does not include the thousands of studies in medical journals in other cournties where turmeric
has been used as a nutritional enhancer for millennia. Wikipedia’s absurd statement that “although long used in Ayurvedic medicine… no high-quality clinical evidence exists for use of turmeric or its constituent, curcumin, as a therapy,” requires little comment
for the hundreds of pages simply listing research about the herb’s medicinal value. Just a few of the research study titles include: Curcumin administration reduces depressive symptoms in patients with major depression (Phytotherapy Research, 2015) Curcumin
or combined curcuminoids are effective in lowering the fasting blood glucose concentrations of individuals with dysglycemia (Pharmacological Research, 2017) Curcumin appears to enhance clearance of amyloid-beta in Alzheimer’s disease patient (Journal of Alzheimers
Disease, 2006) Meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials of 4 weeks or longer suggest that curcumin may afford some protection against oxidative stress (Nutrition Research, 2018) A curcumin extract is appropriate for the care of patients with joint problems
and may also contribute to the regeneration of cartilage (Open Rheumatological Journal, 2014) A daily dose of 3.6 g curcumin achieves pharmacologically efficacious levels in the colorectum with negligible distribution of curcumin outside the gut (Cancer Epidemiological
Research, 2005) A topical preparation of curcumin successfully decreased the markers of lactational mastitis such as pain, breast tension and erythema within 72 hours of administration (Oman Medical Journal, 2014) Curcumin alleviates ethanol-induced oxidative
damage in liver cells (Journal of Ethnopharmacology, 2010) We can trust the accumulation of nearly 12,000 studies in the official peer reviewed data library. We can count upon the countless other studies in the world’s other databases. We can trust the numerous
doctors throughout history in culture’s worldwide with proven clinical experience. Or we can trust a tiny group of expert wannabes, Skeptics, who are anonymous and have no noticeable education or experience in nutritional biochemistry and preventative medicine.
And this group dominating Wikipedia’s health pages are ideologically and frequently politically aligned with the pharmaceutical industry. This is a long sorted history of Big Pharma relying upon faux scientists, public relations firms and astroturf groups
for hire to promulgate its ideology. Imagine that the telecommunications and wireless industry that is determined to bring 5G technology to the world were to try to stop federal funding for research about its technologies. The telecom giants have enormous
control over the media through advertising. Yet the public remains unaware of over 26,000 scientists on record who oppose 5G technology and the new generation cell towers because of their dire health risks. But you would never learn this by reading the New
York Times or listening to the major television networks. And it is much worse with the pharmaceutical industry. Therefore, are we to believe Wikipedia that has a reputation for attacking dissent and only permitting content from people the encyclopedia selects
as authorities, when these people have no qualifications or expertise in the fields they write about? The large majority of Wikipedia’s Skeptic editors have zero degrees in the health subjects that criticize. They have conducted nor published a scientific
study. They are never invited to professional conferences and events to present their contributions to science and medicine. And this is what Jimmy Wales and his iron fisted group of Skeptics allow to pass as an objective platform and unbiased information?
Wikipedia is an embarrassment to knowledge. Beneath the excellent information that has no direct impact upon our lives, the site serves as a hit organization for topics that truly do matter. It no longer deserves its non-profit status as a source of grossly
negligent and fake information.

world), has stated her intention to work against Democratic incumbents with whose policy positions she disagrees, and demonstrated a lack of economic sophistication in her comments about Amazon's failed New York City Deal and in the presentation of the Green

The ascent of AOC was effected in large measure by two overlapping organizations-Justice Democrats and Brand New Congress-both co-founded by Saikat Chakrabarti, and Indian-American,
Harvard-educated, Wall Street and Silicon Valley multi-millionaire, and fan of major Axis collaborator Subhas Chandra Bose. Brand New Congress was co-founded by a University of Pennsylvania-educated Turkish American, Cenk Uygur,
who has a history of denying the Turkish genocide against the Armenians, as we shall see. (Like Harvard, the University of Pennsylvania is an Ivy League School.)
The radical Democratic newcomers are precipitating a war within the Democratic Party, ignoring the fact that the Democrats retook Congress as a result of victories by moderate candidates in districts taken by Trump in 2016...
Chakrabarti is fundamental to the rise of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Chakrabarti was AOC's campaign manager and is her current chief of staff. Both Justice Democrats and Brand New Congress
donated a total of $900,000 to a consulting firm also headed by Chakrabarti. Until recently, AOC sat on the board of one of them.
In a recent twitter video post defending AOC's mercurial social media activity, Chakrabartiappeared with a T-Shirt featuring a picture of Subhas Chandra Bose, an Indian nationalist

world), has stated her intention to work against Democratic incumbents with whose policy positions she disagrees, and demonstrated a lack of economic sophistication in her comments about Amazon's failed New York City Deal and in the presentation of the Green

The ascent of AOC was effected in large measure by two overlapping organizations-Justice Democrats and Brand New Congress-both co-founded by Saikat Chakrabarti, and Indian-American,
Harvard-educated, Wall Street and Silicon Valley multi-millionaire, and fan of major Axis collaborator Subhas Chandra Bose. Brand New Congress was co-founded by a University of Pennsylvania-educated Turkish American, Cenk Uygur,
who has a history of denying the Turkish genocide against the Armenians, as we shall see. (Like Harvard, the University of Pennsylvania is an Ivy League School.)
The radical Democratic newcomers are precipitating a war within the Democratic Party, ignoring the fact that the Democrats retook Congress as a result of victories by moderate candidates in districts taken by Trump in 2016...
Chakrabarti is fundamental to the rise of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Chakrabarti was AOC's campaign manager and is her current chief of staff. Both Justice Democrats and Brand New Congress
donated a total of $900,000 to a consulting firm also headed by Chakrabarti. Until recently, AOC sat on the board of one of them.
In a recent twitter video post defending AOC's mercurial social media activity, Chakrabartiappeared with a T-Shirt featuring a picture of Subhas Chandra Bose, an Indian nationalist

This course of 20 lectures given at U.C. Santa Cruz is the fifth time Danny has given it over the last years, each year, of course, changing emphasis while the times, the trajectory, and the climate change. It has been described 'fromDesert Storm to Standing Rock.'
The course gave credits for majors in History, Politics, Legal Studies, Sociology and Philosophy and contains a wide range of known and surprisingly unknown (to most) facts. One of the great rewards of the lecture and series is detail
on how we have escaped the current and recurrent situation of our national political/economic strangulation in the past and how we can do it again.
Since 2006, Daniel Sheehan has served as the lead attorney and general counsel for the Lakota People's Law Project (LPLP). Much of LPLP's work has been in South Dakota to stop violations of the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) and rescue
Lakota children from an abusive state care system.
He initiated and litigated both the case that established, before The United States Supreme Court, the right of unmarried persons to access to birth control information and devises and the case that established, again as the result
of a United States Supreme Court case, the right of American journalists to protect the identity of their confidential news sources from compulsory disclosure to state or federal grand juries.
Dan was then retained as a Trial Attorney for America's #1 Litigation Law Firm on Wall Street, the firm of Cahill, Gordon, Sonnett, Reindel & Ohl where he carried those two cases, and other important First Amendment cases to the U.S.
Supreme Court, most notably New York Times v. U.S. (the Pentagon Papers Case). As Chief Trial Counsel for the National Office of the American Civil Liberties Union's Rocky Mountain Regional Office in Denver, Colorado, Dan served as Chief Trial Counsel on numerous
cases on behalf of Native American rights including as Amicus Counsel in The Wounded Knee Occupation and its following trials...thereinafter being made Legal Counsel for the Native American Rights Committee of ACLU National. Dan also served as Special Counsel
to the law firm of famed criminal defense attorney F. Lee Bailey during that firm's representation of Watergate Burglary wiretapping specialist James McCord - the man who "blew the whistle" on Richard Nixon and his infamous "Plumbers Unit" that led directly
to the resignation of Richard Nixon as President.
Dan then became a Candidate for the Jesuit Priesthood and served as General Counsel to the United States Jesuit Headquarters in Washington, D.C. for ten years, where he also served as the Co-Director of the American Jesuit Order's National
Office of Social Ministry. There he partnered with Father William J. Davis,a member of the famous "Berrigan Brothers Gang" of Jesuit Priest Daniel Berrigan and his brother Phillip, a Josephite Catholic Priest and then partnered with National Organization of
Women (N.O.W.) National Labor Secretary Sara Nelson, the Oil, Chemical & Atomic Workers Union and the Environmental Policy Institute in Washington, D.C. to launch and successfully prosecute the Karen Silkwood case (Silkwood v. Kerr-McGee) - which stopped the
construction of all new private nuclear power plants in the United States between 1979 and the present. Dan and Father Davis and Sara Nelson then went on to co-found The Christic Institute, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public interest law firm and public policy center
in Washington, D.C. that, over the next 12-year period, investigated and successfully civilly prosecute many of the most celebrated public interest cases of our generation. In 1984, in the midst of successfully defending the first members of The American Sanctuary
Movement to be publicly prosecuted by the Reagan/Bush Administration for aiding political refugees escaping Central American Death Squads funded by that Administration, Dan and his Christic Institute colleagues uncovered and investigated the infamous "Off-The-Shelf,
Stand Alone, Self-Financing 'Private' Covert Operations ENTERPRISE" OF Lt. Colonel Oliver North and The Reagan/Bush Administration and then triggered The Iran-Contra Scandal with their filing of the Federal Criminal Racketeering Act civil lawsuit against 29
of the "retired" former C.I.A. and U.S. Pentagon covert operations specialists who were the founders and leaders of that "ENTERPRISE." While that suit failed to secure a final civil judgment, it succeeded in uncovering - and publicly-exposing - the long-time
pattern of criminal activity conducted by those individuals inside the US intelligence community.

Damnation Against the Man Who Cured AIDS
… After working for many years with people with AIDS-defining conditions — before the term AIDS appeared and after the launch of AZT — Null had gained far more clinical experience than that of the majority of American doctors. The ascent of AOC was effected in large measure by two overlapping organizations-Justice Democrats and Brand New Congress-both co-founded by Saikat Chakrabarti, and Indian-American, Harvard-educated, Wall Street and Silicon Valley multi-millionaire, and fan of major Axis collaborator Subhas Chandra Bose. Brand New Congress was co-founded by a University of Pennsylvania-educated Turkish American, Cenk Uygur, who has a history of denying the Turkish genocide against the Armenians, as we shall see. (Like Harvard, the University of Pennsylvania is an Ivy League School.)
The radical Democratic newcomers are precipitating a war within the Democratic Party, ignoring the fact that the Democrats retook Congress as a result of victories by moderate candidates in districts taken by Trump in 2016...

Christopher (Chris) Black is a Canadian attorney-activist, writer, author, community organizer and poet.
He has worked with the famous Toronto black activist attorney Charles Roach on criminal cases before entering international criminal law. He defended Rwanda's General Augustin Ndiniliyimana against dozens of genocide charges at the Rwanda War Crimes
Tribunal leading to his acquittal. He was among the first lawyers to lay war crime charges against NATO for its attack on Yugoslavia, and went on to head the legal committee for President Milosevic's defense. Other crimes Chris laid down on behalf of the International
Criminal Court include charges against Rwandan president Paul Kagame on behalf of Congolese groups, and charges against NATO for its invasion of Libya. Chris is currently an executive member of the Canadian Peace Council and Toronto Association for Peace and
Solidarity. His articles appear in the Near Eastern Outlook, Counterpunch, Global Research, the Toronto Star, the Journal of World Affairs and other outlets. His latest novel is "Beneath the Clouds" and he is a contributor to Cynthia McKinney's book "How the
US Creates Shithole Nations." He holds a degree in psychology from McMaster University in Ontario and received law degree, specializing in international law, from York University, and his website is Christopher-Black.com

far right and, perhaps, elements of the CIA, because she is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT from their standpoint. In fact, she is straight from the Amazon (ahem) mail order catalog: an outspoken Latina who fits neatly into the anti-Latin bigotry institutionalized in Trump's
GOP, brands as a socialist (perfect for the Karl Roves and Trumps of this world), has stated her intention to work against Democratic incumbents with whose policy positions she disagrees, and demonstrated a lack of economic sophistication in her comments about
Amazon's failed New York City Deal and in the presentation of the Green New Deal.
The ascent of AOC was effected in large measure by two overlapping organizations-Justice Democrats and Brand New Congress-both co-founded by
SaikatChakrabarti, and Indian-American, Harvard-educated, Wall Street and Silicon Valley multi-millionaire, and fan of major Axis collaborator
Subhas Chandra Bose. Brand New Congress was co-founded by a University of Pennsylvania-educated Turkish American,
Cenk Uygur, who has a history of denying the Turkish genocide against the Armenians, as we shall see. (Like Harvard, the University of Pennsylvania is an Ivy League School.)
The radical Democratic newcomers are precipitating a war within the Democratic Party, ignoring the fact that the Democrats retook Congress as a result of victories
by moderate candidates in districts taken by Trump in 2016...
Chakrabarti is fundamental to the rise of Alexandria
Ocasio-Cortez. Chakrabarti was AOC's campaign manager and is her current chief of staff. Both Justice Democrats and Brand New Congress donated a total of $900,000 to a consulting firm also headed by
Chakrabarti. Until recently, AOC sat on the board of one of them.
In a recent twitter video post defending AOC's mercurial social media activity,
Chakrabarti appeared with a T-Shirt featuring a picture of
Subhas Chandra Bose, an Indian nationalist who allied himself with both Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan. He has a habit of wearing
